Who Knows Me Best Quiz: How to Make the Score Feel Fair

A fair score comes from clear questions, not from making the quiz impossible.

Use a difficulty mix

Put easy daily questions first, then add a few medium questions about habits and one memorable question for close friends. This lets every player get started confidently and gives longtime friends a chance to recognize a shared detail. Avoid a quiz made entirely of obscure facts, because it measures access to trivia more than attention.

Avoid moving targets

Preferences change. If you changed your favorite drink, city, or music genre recently, either make that change part of the question or choose something more stable. Review your answer key immediately before you create the link. A friend should not lose a point because they remembered the answer you gave last week.

Explain surprises, do not punish them

When the scoreboard is ready, celebrate good guesses and explain the unexpected ones. A wrong answer can reveal a funny memory or a detail you never shared. It should not lead to a label, a public post, or pressure to prove a friendship. The best scoreboards create more stories than competition.
