How to Share a Friend Quiz Without Oversharing

A clear link-sharing boundary protects both quiz participants and the creator.

Use the public play link for participants

The play link is the invitation. Send it to people who might enjoy the quiz through a group chat, direct message, or event conversation. Players can enter a name and answer from their own browser. Keep the invitation short and clear so people know it is a voluntary friendship game, not a request for private information.

Keep the score link to yourself

The separate score link is different because it opens the creator's view of the ranking and attempts. Do not paste it into a public post, include it in a screenshot, or share it as though it were the play link. Store it with the creator token in the same private place you use for other personal links.

Choose a respectful follow-up

If you discuss results, share only what the group is comfortable seeing. A simple “someone remembered my favorite snack” is usually enough. Do not make a public list of low scores or use the quiz after an argument. A score can prompt a story; it should not become evidence against a friend.
